A: First, find the products you need on our website. Next, submit our form or contact us directly to inquire. We’ll get in touch with your insurance provider after you contact us. Once you receive approval from your insurance provider, we’ll deliver your products direct to your home or office.

A: Unfortunately, because each insurance provider has a different criteria, it’s difficult to provide an estimated time to complete pre-authorization.

A: We are more than happy to provide an estimate of what you might expect your patient responsibility to be for a new insulin pump or CGM. However, we cannot guarantee your insurance provider’s benefits, coverage of an item, or the precise amount of what your patient responsibility will be.
A: Every insurance company has different criteria for an insulin pump or CGM. However, a general rule of thumb is to make sure you see your doctor at least twice a year.
