You must reach out to the manufacturer anytime your sensor does not last the full designated period, as your insurance will base your reorder dates on how long the manufacturer states a sensor should last. For failed sensors, your insurance will not allow for an order to be shipped out earlier than your reorder date. This is because insurance providers consider replacements of failed sensors to be the manufacturer’s responsibility.
